Too bad that the walls are paper thin - you can hear your neighours cough. Also too bad the last 4 times I called John, he has never returned my phone calls. So hopefully you won't have problems with your house, like I do. I guess that's what happens with this builder when your 2 years is up. Very disappointed and feel totally left in the dark. This same problem, btw, has been there since we've moved in. Well before the 2 years passed - and it was never resolved.
